Job Requirements

  • Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent attendance history
  • Ability to lift and or carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with culinary team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences
  • Educate residents about healthy food options
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
