Job Requirements
- Able to stand for 10 hours
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must be able to read, write and speak in English
- good hearing for safety and accurate communication (with or without accommodation)
- must have reliable transportation

- food safety certification required
- knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality

- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- work efficiently in a fast-paced and hot environment

- assist in inventory management and kitchen supply restocking
