Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varied shifts and in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures by regulating kitchen equipment
  • Monitor freshness and rotate stock according to food labeling procedures
  • Cook and prepare foods using methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and seasoning
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring according to recipes
  • Maintain food usage records and assist with inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines
