Job Duties
- Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures by regulating kitchen equipment
- Monitor freshness and rotate stock according to food labeling procedures
- Cook and prepare foods using methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and seasoning
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring according to recipes
- Maintain food usage records and assist with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines
