Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- vocational or technical training preferred
- minimum two years experience in food service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to quality and patient satisfaction
- flexibility to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- vocational training in food production preferred
- two years experience in restaurant or institutional food service preferred
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare assigned menu items for patients cafeteria and catered meals following quality and safety standards
- work under the supervision of the Food Service Production Coordinator or Chef
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas
- adhere to established food production procedures and guidelines
- assist in inventory management and food storage
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
- comply with health and safety regulations
