Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
  • must have good organizational skills
  • must be open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be a team player
  • will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler after hiring

  • work collaboratively as a team player
