Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain attention to detail
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, disinfect and organize the kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- check ingredient quality and freshness
- prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
