Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain attention to detail
  • ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, disinfect and organize the kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • check ingredient quality and freshness
  • prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
