Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years experience with food preparation, purchasing, kitchen safety, sanitation, and menu preparation
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
- Ability to read and follow instructions, recipe books, menus, and food labels
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with elderly
- May require valid First Aid Certification

Job Duties
- Prepare appealing and nutritious meals for residents and guests
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Follow recipes, menus, and food labels accurately
- Manage food purchasing and inventory as needed
- Work collaboratively with the dining services team
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support a positive and inclusive work culture
