Job Requirements

  • Food Handler Certification is required
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Properly learn and execute all cooking and saucing guidelines to ensure the highest quality food
  • Ensure the proper amount and proportion of food is prepared to prevent waste
  • Read and understand order tickets and prepare orders promptly
  • Coordinate and communicate ticket times to team members for on-time delivery
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean throughout the shift
  • Partner with the Manager on Duty on safety, sanitation, or team member issues
  • Anticipate guest and restaurant needs
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by training new cooks and working collaboratively
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Follow directions given by the Manager on Duty
  • Know and thoroughly understand good hygiene and food handling practices
