Job Duties
- Monitor ingredient quality from vendors
- Assist in food preparation and assembly according to kitchen standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Follow food safety guidelines strictly
- Weigh and prepare ingredients for the cold sheet station
- Manage time efficiently to meet production schedules
- Collaborate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
