Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with Oakmont Management Group health and safety policies related to vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE for COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items from scratch using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and execute seasonal menus
- Engage with residents and guests to create personal dining experiences
- Manage kitchen stations efficiently during scheduled shifts
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including COVID-19 protocols
- Participate in continuous learning and development to improve culinary skills
