Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with Oakmont Management Group health and safety policies related to vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE for COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items from scratch using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and execute seasonal menus
  • Engage with residents and guests to create personal dining experiences
  • Manage kitchen stations efficiently during scheduled shifts
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations including COVID-19 protocols
  • Participate in continuous learning and development to improve culinary skills
