Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar kitchen role
- Familiarity with food safety regulations including ServSafe
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work early morning and midday shifts
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Knowledge of ServSafe food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic culinary skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
Job Duties
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and kitchen
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out at high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
