Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute flawless dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch following established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure timely execution and presentation of dishes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • Assist in menu development focusing on seasonal and local ingredients
  • Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
  • Participate in inventory control and ingredient ordering
