Job Duties
- Prepare and serve clients and employee meals in cafeteria settings
- maintain sanitation in all areas of the dietary department
- put up stock as it arrives in the department
- assist in inventory control
- participate in CQI monitoring
- function as a supervisor in the absence of the food service supervisor
- operate food service equipment competently
