Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed food preparation processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
  • Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Responsible for set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of machinery and equipment
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
  • Take responsibility for quality of products served
  • Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
