Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English with ability to read and write
- Safe SERV certification
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties
- Food preparation and production responsibilities
- Review menus and production guides to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared
- Prepare all meal items according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a sanitary manner to ensure quality with minimal waste
- Use nutritionally equivalent substitutes when required
- Operate kitchen utensils and equipment such as blender, mixer, fryer, slicer, steamer, food processor, convection oven, stove, conventional oven, steam table and tilt skillet
- Follow recipes precisely
- Prepare and assist with special function meals
- Complete work assignments
- Ensure meal service responsibilities are fulfilled
- Adhere to food safety protocols
