Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong cooking skills with ability to execute dishes flawlessly
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Interact positively with residents and guests to enhance their dining experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills
