Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years food service experience
- Current ServSafe certification within the past 12 months or certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Current Allergen certification within the past 12 months or certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Food Service Handler Certification within the past 12 months
- Washington State Food Worker Card

- Prepare diverse food products using advanced culinary techniques
- Follow standardized recipes and precise plating guidelines
- Ensure quality and efficiency in food preparation
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitary standards
- Properly utilize and store all kitchen supplies
- Participate in recipe and menu development
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work areas
