Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, early mornings to early afternoons
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Compliance with company safety policies including proper glove and shoe use
  • Ability to follow established food handling and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to prepare food according to standardized recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items per standardized recipes and schedules
  • Serve meals with correct portioning and presentation maintaining proper temperature
  • Use established ticket collection procedures and maintain service records
  • Clean kitchen and storage areas following safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Store food and supplies according to safety standards
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assist in production planning, inventory management, ordering and receiving supplies
  • Report maintenance needs, equipment issues, and accidents promptly
  • Attend safety and in-service meetings
  • Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and management
  • Perform job safely maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and company safety policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
