Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years culinary arts experience in a food service setting
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English sufficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and prepare cooking schedules based on menus and production sheets
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent product quality
- Prepare and serve meals for patients, visitors, and staff in adherence to dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Supervise and provide leadership to kitchen staff
- Coordinate with other departments to support catering events
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
