  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and regulations
  • Ownership mentality with motivation and accountability

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent hazards and ensure guest and staff safety
  • Operate the POS system and manage order accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Learn and perform duties across all kitchen stations as required
