Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain consistent activity throughout shift

Job Qualifications
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
- Ability to operate POS system
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and regulations
- Ownership mentality with motivation and accountability
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Follow safety protocols to prevent hazards and ensure guest and staff safety
- Operate the POS system and manage order accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Learn and perform duties across all kitchen stations as required
