Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required
- at least one year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
- ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- ability to be creative with buffet food presentations and maintain a quality product
- ability to take direction well
- ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
- must be able to read, write and speak in English
- must have professional attitude and appearance
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- fulfill the service per each banquet event order
- maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- design buffet food presentations with creativity
- prepare recipes as directed
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned
