Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • at least one year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
  • ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • ability to be creative with buffet food presentations and maintain a quality product
  • ability to take direction well
  • ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
  • must be able to read, write and speak in English
  • must have professional attitude and appearance
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • fulfill the service per each banquet event order
  • maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
  • design buffet food presentations with creativity
  • prepare recipes as directed
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • perform other duties as assigned
