Job Requirements

  • Must have restaurant cooking experience of 2 or more years
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • ability to manage and oversee kitchen operations effectively
  • ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress
  • ability to work on feet for 8 or more hours a day
  • must be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to lift at least 40 pounds regularly
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant cooking experience of 2 or more years preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • familiarity with industry's best practices
  • excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen production
  • work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and variety in meals
  • manage division of responsibilities and monitor progress of tasks
