Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months cooking experience or approved culinary certification training
- Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with co workers and supervisors
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares measures ingredients and cooks food in accordance with established recipes production records and guidelines
- Reads food order tickets or receives verbal instructions and prepares food accordingly
- Prepares food and serves customers in a made to order setting including a grill station
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and reports malfunctions
- Tastes food products to ensure quality and keeps accurate records
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- Works safely to avoid injury and reports unsafe conditions
- Receives inventory and lifts products and supplies
- Prepares meals for customers requiring special diets
- Participates in departmental meetings and training programs
- Adheres to company safety and risk management policies
