Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two or more years of related experience and/or training
- ServSafe certification or equivalent Food Handler certification
- Ability to read and speak English
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally (team lift)
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work in extreme heat and near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance to production plan or forecast needs
- Utilizes whole food products eliminating any waste
- Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
- Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
- Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production
- Ensures proper storage of food items, wraps, dates, and rotates food items
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
