Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified amounts, and portion control systems
- inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
