Job Duties
- Set up and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
- Inspect food prep and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment for compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
