Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods
  • vision abilities including distance, close, color, depth, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus
  • must be legally authorized to work in the country
  • must pass E-Verify employment eligibility

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience preferred but not required
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • work in kitchen stations such as Salad, Fry, Dessert, Saute, Grill, Make Up, and Kitchen Prep
  • maintain equipment and cleanliness of surroundings
  • work as a team to meet food preparation and delivery standards
  • commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation during shifts
  • prepare food following safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications under management direction
  • practice food safety and sanitation and restock kitchen and cook line as needed
