Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cooking experience in a restaurant setting is an asset
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Accommodate and supply prep and line stations
- clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified amounts, and portion control systems
- inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
