  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred
  • Servsafe certified preferred
  • Willingness to undergo drug screen and background investigation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
  • Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents
  • Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, some weekends, and holidays
  • Engage with residents to provide a hospitable and enjoyable dining experience
