Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of culinary experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of culinary experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and a general culinary skillset including knife cuts, basic cooking techniques, proper food handling and storage (HACCP knowledge a huge plus)
  • Strong creativity and interest in building healthy meals with lots of flavor
  • Ability to develop, document, and follow recipes as needed
  • A working knowledge of culinary nutrition
  • Willingness to help others and a desire to learn
  • Adaptable, ability to work successfully under changing circumstances
  • Confidence in the work you do, professional demeanor, and a service first attitude
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Job Duties

  • Cross-train and work all stations: garde manger, saucier, saute, grill, grab/go prep, and a la carte production
  • Receive and store grocery orders (must be able to lift over 50 pounds)
  • Uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen at all times
