Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience in cooking
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to kitchen work
- Compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Capability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Willingness to participate in safety and in-service training
- Must be able to meet health and hygiene standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Three years of prior cooking experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals using correct portioning, maintaining food temperature and presentation
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs and equipment faults immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation and portion control, following HACCP standards
- Commits personally to safety and adheres to company policies including use of appropriate gloves and footwear
- Performs other duties as assigned
