Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • fill in for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
