Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Physical ability to stand and move for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Commitment to following safety, hygiene, and protective protocols
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation role is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Physical ability to meet the job’s demands including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective gear
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
