Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Physical ability to stand and move for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
  • Commitment to following safety, hygiene, and protective protocols
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation role is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
  • Physical ability to meet the job’s demands including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective gear
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support a positive and collaborative team environment
