Job Requirements
- Ability to work non-standard work weeks, including early mornings, and weekends

- strong creativity and interest in building healthy meals with lots of flavor
- ability to follow recipes and adjust recipes as needed
- professional demeanor and a service-first attitude
- excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
- at least 1 year experience cooking in a professional kitchen
Job Duties
- Both hot line and cold line cooking and preparation
- uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
- maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen at all times
- provide best in class hospitality for our high-profile client
- work grill, prep, a la carte production as needed
- follow recipes and adjust as necessary
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely food service
