Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications

- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
