Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion controls
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
