Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion controls
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
