Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cooking or kitchen experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Cover or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
