Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes precisely
- Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Job Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work various shifts including afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Adaptability to different kitchen environments and client needs
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
- Reduce food waste by adhering to portion control and kitchen best practices
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
