Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
- Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to be creative with buffet food presentations and maintain a quality product
- Ability to take direction well
- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Must have professional attitude and appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO)
- Maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- Design buffet food presentations with creativity
- Prepare recipes as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned
