Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
  • Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Ability to be creative with buffet food presentations and maintain a quality product
  • Ability to take direction well
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English
  • Must have professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO)
  • Maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
  • Design buffet food presentations with creativity
  • Prepare recipes as directed
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Other duties as assigned
