Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its equipment with a clean-as-you-go practice
- Maximize productivity by completing quality work efficiently within specific timeframes
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to keep the kitchen line stocked and running smoothly
- Anticipate needs by stocking supplies before rush periods
