Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience working all kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment
- food handlers card valid in relevant states (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety procedures
- capacity to maintain a clean and organized workstation
- good communication skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced line cooking environment
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to prepare and present dishes following specific recipes
- basic English communication skills, Spanish is a plus
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- trustworthy, passionate, and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- prepare and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area
- ensure proper recipe adherence and use of quality ingredients
- manage setup, stocking, and organization of cooking stations
- follow food safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
- communicate effectively with team and alert chef team of any concerns
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance
