Job Duties

  • Prepare meals according to established standards under the direction of the Executive Chef
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Execute various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, braising, and baking
  • Adhere to DHEC kitchen regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage food preparation in a large kitchen setting
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all meals served
