Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in large kitchen environments
- Knowledge of DHEC food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic cooking techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Food service experience in hospitals, nursing care facilities, or schools preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to established standards under the direction of the Executive Chef
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Execute various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, braising, and baking
- Adhere to DHEC kitchen regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Manage food preparation in a large kitchen setting
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all meals served
