Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in a hospitality-related kitchen
- Current food handler's card and any other certifications required by federal/state/local laws

- Good verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean kitchen and efficiently wash and sort dishes
- Prepare food as needed while keeping the dish area organized and clutter-free
- Ensure clean and dry floors throughout your shift
- Change water in machines and sinks every two hours or as needed, following EcoLab's chemical dilution guidelines
- Assist with timely food storage after deliveries
- Manage trash disposal during the shift and remove full cans and boxes at the end of the day
- Organize the dry storage area and maintain orderly shelves
- Assist in food preparation and other tasks as directed by the chef
