Job Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a team environment required
- Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Commitment to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to wear provided uniforms and adhere to dress code
- Reliable transportation to the Holy Comforter Episcopal School location

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and schedules
- Serve meals ensuring correct portion sizes and attractive presentation
- Use ticket collection procedures and maintain service records
- Clean kitchen and equipment following food safety standards
- Store food and supplies properly and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assist in production planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Attend in-service and safety training sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with team members and management
- Practice all safety protocols and company policies including proper glove use and lifting techniques
