- Certification in food safety and sanitation
- minimum two years of healthcare food service experience
- ability to read, write, and communicate English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and distribute all food production for the Dietary department
- supervise Dietary department personnel in absence of the Food Service Director
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- manage and oversee kitchen and storage area conditions
- communicate tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and other stakeholders
- incorporate new food service methods and principles
- handle various operational interruptions including phone calls and visitor inquiries
