Job Requirements
- Four to five years of prior cooking experience in an institutionalized setting
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions preferred
- Availability for full-time work including weekends and holidays
- Ability to comply with company safety and hygiene protocols
- Capability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage areas
Job Qualifications
- Four to five years of prior cooking experience in an institutionalized setting

- Ability to prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and company standards
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety policies
- Capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and production schedules
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning, presentation, and temperature
- Uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains accurate records
- Cleans kitchen and storage areas maintaining high sanitation standards
- Stores or discards excess food according to safe food handling procedures
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, ordering, receiving, and reporting as required
