Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage preferred
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 150 pounds
  • Capacity to stand and move continuously for up to 8 hours
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items assigned on the kitchen line such as grill, stove, or vegetable prep area
  • Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and storage of menu items according to recipes and health codes
  • Follow all sanitation and safety standards within the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 150 pounds as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with head chef, sous chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
  • Adapt to varying temperature and noise conditions in indoor and outdoor work environments
