Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage preferred
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 150 pounds
- Capacity to stand and move continuously for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare food items assigned on the kitchen line such as grill, stove, or vegetable prep area
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and storage of menu items according to recipes and health codes
- Follow all sanitation and safety standards within the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 150 pounds as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts
- Collaborate with head chef, sous chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
- Adapt to varying temperature and noise conditions in indoor and outdoor work environments
