- minimum of one year cooking experience in restaurant or senior living or equivalent
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- skills in food preparation and presentation
- knowledge of nutritional and dietary requirements
- capacity to work specified part-time hours
- strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents

- minimum of one year restaurant, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization at all times
- adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards
- produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary criteria
- prepare diets according to policy and procedure
- exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production
- assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary
- periodically visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make revisions to improve operations
- represent the community in a warm and inviting manner to create a positive marketing environment
- support a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy through business decisions and employee engagement
