Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and combine ingredients for salads and cooked dishes

- Concentrate to serve uniform portions and manage multiple customer requests
- Apply simple arithmetic and read instructions accurately
- Follow sanitation procedures to prevent contamination
- Use kitchen equipment and utensils properly
- Operate bake and holding ovens and pizza makers
- Relate inventory levels to purchasing requirements
- Understand food storage and sanitation requirements
- Operate a cash register (point of sale system)
