Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
level one fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain prior to starting
at least 21 years of age
current food manager certificate or obtain within 45 days of employment
valid Arizona driver's license with clean five-year motor vehicle history
ability to lift 50 pounds
good written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

Assist with ordering kitchen supplies and food items
prepare appropriate amounts of food for meals and snacks according to the menu
make accommodations for allergies, religious, and medical needs
wash dishes and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
ensure proper food storage following Maricopa County Health Department sanitation requirements
be an integral member of the food services team
